The TONALi-Festival “Klassik in deinem Kiez“ (Classical Music in Your Neighborhood) has taken place since 2014 every November at twelve extraordinary performance venues. The culture project received the ECHO Classic Award in 2017.
The core of the Tonali-Festival is a classical music prize with a cash value of 24,000 Euros, which alternates between cello, violin and piano. As part of the festival, award winners from Germany, Austria and Switzerland have the possibility of organizing a concert themselves. And where top-level young musicians are in demand, the LGT Young Soloists cannot be far.
